Hospice RN Weekend

Overview
Join our client's extraordinary care team as an Weekend Hospice Registered Nurse in New Kensington, PA. This full-time position offers a comprehensive benefits package and a supportive environment. You will collaborate to provide patient care plans, support patients in the area, and manage critical deadlines for charting. Key Responsibilities
● Collaborate to provide management and delivery of patient care plans
● Support patients in New Kensington, PA and surrounding areas
● Meet critical deadlines for charting
● Self-manage time and schedule
● Demonstrate experience with tablets, mobile phones and EMR software

Schedule: 8am Saturday through 8am Monday. Will be scheduled time off during the shift for resting.

Travel
● Local travel required

Required Qualifications
• Associate degree or higher
• 1+ years of experience with TruChart EHR or Electronic Medical Record (EMR) or Other EMR
• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) certification/license in Pennsylvania (PA)
• 2+ years of experience with Hospice
• Do you have a valid Driver's License, Reliable Mode of Transportation, and Auto Insurance (all 3)?
• Have you spoken with a Relode Recruiter about this role (via phone or video)?
• Are you okay with the required travel for this position?
• Have you applied to or worked for AHNHealthcare@Home anytime in the last 6 months?

Preferred Qualifications
