Job Summary

As a RN at Mon Health you will coordinate total patient centered care ensuring optimal service to the communities we serve.

Responsibilities

Assessment: The registered nurse collects comprehensive data pertinent to the healthcare consumer’s health and/or situation by providing an extraordinary patient experience, compassionate care and clinical excellence one patient at a time.

Diagnosis: The registered nurse analyzes the assessment data to determine the diagnoses or the issues by providing an extraordinary patient experience, compassionate care and clinical excellence one patient at a time.

Outcomes Identification: The registered nurse identifies expected outcomes for a plan individualized to the healthcare consumer or the situation by providing an extraordinary patient experience, compassionate care and clinical excellence one patient at a time.

Planning: The registered nurse develops a plan that prescribes strategies and alternative to attain expected outcomes by providing an extraordinary patient experience, compassionate care and clinical excellence one patient at a time.

Implementation: The registered nurse implements the identified plan by providing an extraordinary patient experience, compassionate care and clinical excellence one patient at a time.

Evaluation: The registered nurse evaluates progress toward attainment of outcomes by providing an extraordinary patient experience, compassionate care and clinical excellence one patient at a time.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Effective interpersonal communication skills in order to effectively collaborate with physicians, and instruct patients and their families.

Heavy Work: Exerting up to 100 lbs. of force occasionally and/or up to 50 lbs. of force frequently and/or in excess of 20 lbs. of force constantly.

BCLS. Extensive training or experience in use of Electrophysiological instrumentation. Demonstrated ability to proficiently perform procedures and instruct patients. Demonstrated knowledge of calibration, adjustment, and troubleshooting and ability to use the Evoked Potential and EEG machine. Demonstrated ability to effectively and pleasantly communicate, both verbally and in writing, with patients, physicians, and co-workers. Heavy Work: Frequent lifting and/or carrying of objects weighing up to 50 lbs with a maximum lifting of 100 lbs.
