Overview
This document will explain the purpose and importance of the National Commission to Address Racism in Nursing; describe what nurses can do to decrease racism in nursing; explain why the impact of racism among nurses is significant for quality patient care and ethical reasons.

- Achieve a post-test score of ≥75%.
